Grade 9 Entrance Scholarship

HTS endeavours to partner with families who wish to enable students to reach their full potential academically, physically and emotionally. As such, HTS offers one Entrance Scholarship to a new student entering Grade 9. This award covers 100% of tuition fees over a four-year period, from Grade 9 through to the end of Grade 12.

Candidates must be academically strong and show a willingness to study a challenging program that leads to post-secondary application. The ideal candidate will have a commendable track record of involvement in their current school’s co-curricular program in areas such as athletics, arts, student government or community service.

All families must first complete the HTS Scholarship Application and then submit an application for financial assessment to Apple Financial Services to determine eligibility. Please contact the Admissions Office for a copy of the HTS Scholarship Application. The application to Apple Financial Services must be submitted online at www.applefinancialservices.ca. Both applications must be completed no later than January 1, 2023.

All eligible candidates will be invited for a family interview, an assessment, and an individual interview with the Scholarship Committee. Please contact the Admissions Office for details.
