HFD visits HCL
Submitted— What a treat our Wee Readers Program was this week. October is Fire Safety Month, and we were able to have fireman from our own Howe Fire Department come and visit the library. Chief Maniet read a story about firemen and the children were able to see the gear, get in the trucks and spray the water hose. It was a fascinating time for the children, and they loved being able to actively participate. The Howe Community Library would like to thank the Howe Fire Department for their help with making this event a great success. We look forward to seeing you at the library soon.
