Leonard put together an 8-play drive that ended on a fourth-and-two from the Howe 40 yard line when Mahlon Walker Carson Daniels converged to stop LaCook who tried to run up the middle. That gave the ball back to Howe who needed only four plays to score thanks to having great field position due to Leonard penalties. Rattler crossed the goal line from the one and Howe’s lead moved to 34-3 with 10 seconds left in the third.

With LaCook out of the game and Armstrong in at quarterback, Triston Williams intercepted a pass that gave the ball back to Howe. But the game became a penalty fest in the late stages and Howe was forced to punt on their last two possessions. Howe forced a turnover on downs and a punt for the Tigers’ final drives.
