Benefit for Jesse Farrer taking place Saturday in Tom Bean On Saturday from 5 pm to 8:30 pm at Tom Bean Elementary School, a fundraising dinner and auction will be held for Jesse Farrer, a local assistant pastor at Community Bible Fellowship, who has been diagnosed with cancer. Auction items include A twonight stay at Tanglewood, breakfast for two, and two rounds of golf. One night stay at Choctaw and dinner for two. Stone Creek golf package. Airplane rides and a free lesson. Gun cases, Jewelry, Salon certificates, Photography
sessions, Dallas Cowboy Memorabilia, Airboat rides located along the Red River, Gravel and sand, Quilt, Cleaning services, Restaurant certificates, Home decor and homemade goodies. At the end of the night, they will live auction a cozy two-night cabin stay along the Red River and includes an airboat ride along the River. There is also a fire pit and an A.R. 15 gun, homemade pies will be auctioned throughout the event. Dallas Mavericks/Pacer tickets, four lower level seats. See Page 10.
Howe FFA raises money with fish fry and auction
Kristen Harris and Molly Wilson showcase to cornhole boards which were only one of many items that were auctioned off for a big fundraiser. The Howe FFA Boosters went with fish instead of BBQ for the first time in several years.
