Campbell signs with Monmouth The choice to go to Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois may be too far by the grandparents' flavor, but the opportunity to play college basketball is one that Elijah Campbell has been thinking about since playing school ball at Howe starting in the seventh grade.
