"What has been the key to our success is these kids love track," said Coach Mike Segleski "Track practice is not easy, so to have a bunch of kids that truly love the sport has helped tremendously For example, they have up there spring break showed up every morning for practice then on Thursday we drove an hour and a half away and ran at a meet in Dickson, Oklahoma

They are all so goal-oriented The boys 4x100 started talking about having a chance to run at the State Meet early in the season The girls wanted to qualify for the Texas Relays then get back there in May for the State Meet They all want to know their time as soon as they cross the line.
