Girl Scouts retouch the Howe ISD monument sign at HMS/HES

The local Girl Scouts of Howe took participating in service projects. some time to give some fresh paint to the "historic" Howe Independent School District sign located at the corner of Beatrice and Roberts Streets. The sign was originally placed in the mid-1980s during the time of the construction of the middle school and elementary school cafeteria. Some of the scouts were finishing up their bronze awards by
