Voter Instructions: Three Voting (3) Options
1. Mail-In Ballot: Voter will complete and place the completed ballot into a stamped envelope. Mail to LAPOA, P.O. Box 803, Waleska, GA. 30183. Envelope must be postmarked by October 18, 2021. 2. Email Voted Ballot: (email ballot must be received by 11:59 p.m. October 18, 2021). A. Download ballot, Save the ballot to your device, Choose File/Save As. DO NOT Save file in your name use a generic name instead. B. Open the document on your device once saved, Mark selections on this ballot, Save the ballot once completed in a .pdf format. C. Open your email, attach this ballot and email to: LAPOAGAVOTE@gmail.com D. You will receive an auto generated confirmation email. If you do not see it please check your SPAM file. 3. In Person Voting: Voter will have the choice of voting in person at the Annual Meeting in October.
