equipment may not be the one and only one who will use it. By having the ESDS always available for reference with the equipment, the worry of lost paper and safety data sheets is eliminated. When an item is scanned, a record is kept of who did it as well as the location, time and date. The exciting feature for HIANZ members is a record of when the client downloaded the safety data sheet, ensuring that this record can be easily accessible and proven if ever required.
