When one of your customer’s scans the unique EZICHEQ smart label they can access the ESDS as well as disclaiming through a signature on the platform, that they have the appropriate PPE and competency level to operate the equipment. As we are all too well aware, the person who comes in to collect the hire equipment may not be the one and only one who will use it. By having the ESDS always available for reference with the equipment, the worry of lost paper and safety data sheets is eliminated. When an item is scanned, a record is kept of who did it as well as the location, time and date. The exciting feature for HIANZ members is a record of when the client downloaded the safety data sheet, ensuring that this record can be easily accessible and proven if ever required.
