Fuel prefilter – Draining Preconditions ☑Engine is stopped and starting disabled.

WARNING

Fuels are combustible. Risk of fire and explosion! • Avoid open flames, electrical sparks and ignition sources. • Do not smoke.

Cut out the filter to be replaced (A or B). 1 Filter A cut out 2 Filter B cut out

Open vent plug (1) of filter to be drained. Open drain valve (2). Drain water and contaminants from filter until pure fuel emerges. Close drain cock (2).
