Other passive safety features The passive safety equipment of the GranCabrio further includes: •
Front seatbelts with pretensioners and standard load limiter to ensure greater retaining efficiency.

Increased structural dimensions of the side sills (to reduce intrusion in case of collisions from the side).
•
Newly designed rear bumper supports (further limits compartment deformation in case of collision from the rear).
•
An innovative cast aluminium structural reinforcement in the windscreen pillars for optimal protection in case of roll over.
•
Isofix fasteners at the rear for child seats, which provide excellent protection for child passengers.
