4. PRE-OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 4.1. HYDRAULIC FLUID Check the tractor hydraulic fluid level and fill, if required.
4.2. INITIAL LOADER OPERATION NOTE: If any loader cavitation is noticed during loader operation, check tractor hydraulic fluid level and correct. NOTE: Keep engine speed at low idle during the initial loader operation. CAUTION: Escaping hydraulic fluid under pressure can have sufficient force to penetrate skin, causing serious personal injury. Before disconnecting lines, be sure to relieve all pressure. Before applying pressure to system, be sure all connections are tight and that lines, tubes, and hoses are not damaged. Fluid escaping from a very small hole can be almost invisible. Use a piece of cardboard or wood, rather than hands, to search for suspected leaks. If injured by escaping fluid, see a doctor at once. Serious infection or reaction can develop if proper medical treatment is not administered immediately.

4.3. EXTERNAL LOADER VALVE CAUTION: When properly installed, the loader valve handle will control loader hydraulic circuits as described below. IMPORTANT: Contaminants in hydraulic fluid can cause valve spools to stick. BE ALERT when operating loader and follow your tractor Operator Manual hydraulic fluid maintenance schedule.
