Preparation for Work Inspection before Use
■ Startup Inspection
Caution
● Be sure to conduct inspection/maintenance before use. ● At the time of inspection, maintenance, refueling, be sure to stop the engine, and cutting blade completely. ● Be sure to check whether all of covers/caps in original position, then operate the machine.
Warning
● Be sure that there are chipping nor cracks on the blade before use.
To prevent breakdown, it is important that you always keep the good condition of the machine. For this reason, you should conduct the startup inspection everyday without fail. Follow the inspection steps below.
1. Conduct maintenance on the locations that showed malfunction the day before, if any. 2. Inspect the items indicated by a “O” in the “startup” table under “Inspection timing” in <List of Periodic Inspection and Maintenance Locations>(Refer to p.49 to 52 of this manual) 27
