Presumable cause Action
Bush piled up to inside of cutting-blade cover or pulley. Clean the cutting-blade cover and pulley. The belt is damaged. Replace the belt with a new one. (Refer to p.65.)
The pulley is damaged. Replace the pulley with a new one. The cutting blade is damaged. Replace the cutting blade with a new one. (Refer to p.76 to 80.)
The cutting blade has a poor balance. Replace the cutting blade with a new one. (Refer to p.76 to 80.)
The engine speed is low. Adjust the engine speed to the maximum. (Check the engine revolutions.)
Bushcutting
There is big load during cutting operation.
The working speed is high. Lower the working speed. Bush is piled up to or tangled up to the turning pivot of the cutting blade. Clean the cutting blade. Poorly adjusted knife blade. Adjust the mounting angle of the knife blade. (Ask the dealer from which you purchased your machine.)
Insufficient greasing of the suspension arm pivot of the bush cutting device. Grease the pivot. (Refer to p. 61.)
Shifting cuttingheight adjustment lever feels heavy.
Small stones, cut bush and other foreign objects are piled up to the top of the cutting-blade cover. Clean the piled up foreign objects.
Bush is piled up to the inside of the cutting-blade cover. Clean the inside of the cutting-blade cover.
