Preparation before use

■ Adjusting the Forward/Backward Position of the Seat

The seat can be adjusted forward and backward according to the body size of operator. Adjust the seat to a suitable position so that the levers and pedals can be operated properly.

1. Tilt the seat forward and loosen the knob bolts (2 pcs) under the seat, or adjust the seat base forward or backward.

2. Sit on the seat and confirm that you can operate the levers and pedals properly.

3. Tilt the seat forward and securely tighten the knob bolts (2 pcs) under the seat to lock the seat base.

■ Adjusting the Steering Wheel Height

The height of the steering wheel can be adjusted at one of three different positions according to the body size of the operator. Adjust the height at a position where the steering wheel can be operated properly.

1. Remove the bolt and U-nut before moving the handle shaft.

2. Move the handle shaft up and down to adjust the height.

3. A loose handle shaft will bring a very dangerous situation, so securely tighten the bolt and U-nut.

■ Refueling Danger

● Fuel may ignite. Any fire source nearby to the fuel tank is strictly prohibited.

● Refueling while smoking a cigarette in your mouth or while using any fire source nearby is strictly prohibited. Fuel may ignite, which causes explosion or fire.

● When refueling, park the machine on flat ground and be sure to stop the engine

● Don’t park the machine on slope. The fuel may overflow if the fuel is put fully in the fuel tank.

● Wait until the engine and muffler cool down before refilling fuel.

● Don’t refill fuel excessively. If fuel is refilled excessively, it may overflow and cause fire.

● If fuel overflows, wipe it off immediately.

● Don’t use poor quantity of fuel or fuel containing dust or other impurities. It may cause any malfunctions to the engine.

1. Remove the fuel cap.

2. Refill unleaded gasoline.

Important

● Don’t refill the fuel exceeding the lowest position of the filter. The fuel may overflow on slope or bumpy area.

When the fuel gauge indicates “E” position closely, refuel immediately.

3. Securely tighten the fuel cap after refueling.
