■ Warranty for New Machine

This product is in conformity with an ISEKI warranty standards. Refer to the Warranty Standards for details.

■ Service Network

If the machine breaks down or you wish to service your machine, feel free to contact the “dealer from which you purchased your Ride-on Bush Cutter”.

When contacting the dealer, inform the model name and serial number of your Ride-on Bush Cutter.

■ Supply Period for Spare Parts

In principle, spare parts for this product will be supplied for 10 years after the product has been discontinued. Even during this supply period, however, we may make special arrangement for the delivery lead time and other conditions regarding the supply of special parts after consulting the customers.

Supply of spare parts will cease at the end of the above period. However, feel free to contact the “dealer you purchased your Ride-on Bush Cutter from” if a need arise.
