3 - PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARING FOR ASSEMBLY

Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) unit - Prepare READ COMPLETE INSTRUCTION SHEET BEFORE INSTALLATION OF THIS KIT Reference numbers and letters on illustrations are the same as reference numbers and letters in the instructions.

Special torque specifications are included in the instructions. If torque specifications are not included in the instructions, use standard torque specifications. See your Service Manual or Authorized Dealer if you need standard torque specifications.

Preparing for Kit Component Upgrade 1. Park the machine on a level surface.

2. Raise the loader arms and engage the safety strut.

3. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake.

4. Switch the master disconnect to the off position.

4 - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) unit - Install 1. Remove the front grill screen. Retain all hardware.

2. Open and raise the engine hood.

3. Install the compressor support (32) between the muffler support and the engine, by means of the existing hardware, and one M10 x 30 screw (1) and one 10.5 x 20 x 2.3 x 2.75 mm washer (3) from the kit.

4. Install the pulley tightening support (33) onto the front of the engine block.

5. Secure in place with three M8 x 25 bolts (8) and three 7.4x 16 x 1.4 x 1.85 mm washers (4).

6. Install the compressor (22) onto the compressor support (32).

7. Secure in place with the M10 x 130 bolt (12) and washer (7).

8. Install the belt tensioner (34) with the screw (11) and one washer (9).

9. Fasten the compressor by means of the block (35), the M10 x 60 bolt (2), one washer (9), one washer (5), and the M10 nut (6).

10. Place the washer (9) onto the screw (11).

11. Place the screw (11) and the nut (13) between the block (35), the nut (13) and the belt tensioner (34).

12. Place the belt (15) in position and tension it.

13. Install the hand guard (36) by means of one M10 x 30 bolt (1) and the washer (7).

14. Connect the wiring harness of the compressor to the wiring harness of the engine.

15. Attach the decals (38) and (21) as shown.

4 - ASSEMBLY

16. Install the upper condenser bracket (17) and the lower condenser bracket (18) onto the condenser (25) with the seven screws (14).

17. Install the bottom left-hand condenser bracket (19) and the bottom right-hand condenser bracket (20) onto the lower condenser bracket (18) with the two bolts (10), the two nuts (37), and the four washers (9).

18. Attach the condenser assembly to the coolant package with the two upper brackets (40) and the two lower brackets (41) with the four bolts (8), the four nuts (37), and the four washers (9).

19. Install the pressure switch (16) onto the filter (26). Install the filter (26) onto the support (23) by means of two clamps (24). Connect the pressure switch extension harness to the pressure switch (16).

20. Route the harness extension along the inside of the right-hand chassis channel.

21. Connect the harness extension to the engine harness connector located near the starter.

22. Connect the hose (28) between the condenser (25) and the filter (26). Connect the hose (30) to the condenser (25). Connect the hose (14) to the filter (26) and route it along the frame up to the top of the cab, before connecting it to the bottom of the air conditioning assembly (56). Fasten the hoses by means of the flange valve kit (27).

NOTE: Before connecting the hoses, lubricate the O-rings.

23. Remove the operator's seat. Remove the panels from the right and left posts inside the cab, remove the inner cab roof panel and remove the right side panel.

NOTE: Discard all of the trim buttons that were removed.

24. Bore the cab roof panel and install the vents (60) and (61). Place the hoses (57) and (58) onto the roof panel. Connect the hoses (57) and (58) to the vents (60) and (61) by means of the clamps (51). Connect the hoses (57) and (58) to the cab roof by means of the cable ties (50).

25. Install the diffusers (59) onto the vents (60) and (61) by means of the screws (68). Position and fasten the roof panel by means of the plugs (55).

26. Let the hoses (57) and (58) come out of the appropriate opening in the cab roof panel on the right post's side.

27. Let the second hose (57) come out of the appropriate opening in the cab roof panel on the left post's side.

28. Bore the panel of the left post and position the vent (67) and a diffuser (49). Connect the hose (57) to the vent (67) by means of a sleeve (66). Reassemble the panel of the left post by means of the plugs (54).

4 - ASSEMBLY

29. Remove the heater only assembly from the cab floor and replace with the heating ventilating and cooling (HVAC )assembly (56) with the existing hardware and heater coolant hoses.

30. Connect the air conditioning compressor to the cab hose (31) and the filter to the cab hose (29) to the bottom of the HVAC assembly (56) with the flange valve hardware (27).

31. Connect the hose (30) to port D of the compressor (22). Connect the hose (31) to port S of the compressor (22).

NOTE: Before connecting the hoses, lubricate the O-rings.

NOTE: Remove the plugs from the compressor fittings and ports just before the connection of the hoses.

32. Connect the hoses (62) and (63) to the conveyor (56) by means of the clamps (65).

33. Remove the heat only fan control switch from the righthand side of the side console, retain the mounting hardware.

34. Install the HVAC temperature and the fan speed controller (70) into the right-hand side console with the previously removed hardware.

35. Install the inner cab roof panel and the right side panel with the trim buttons (54). Install the panels from the right and left posts inside the cab with the trim buttons (54). Install the operator's seat.

36. Follow the HVAC procedure to evacuate and charge the air conditioning system with the appropriate quantity of R134a air conditioning refrigerant.

37. Inspect the air conditioning system for any refrigerant leaks, after the system has been charged and cycled.

38. Install the operator's seat. Reconnect the battery master switch. Lower and close the engine guard.

Remove the safety support strut and lower the loader attachment. Check the operation of the air conditioning system.

3 - AVANT-ASSEMBLAGE PREPARATION POUR L'ASSEMBLAGE

Unité de réchauffeur d'air de la cabine - Préparer AVANT LE MONTAGE DE CE KIT, LIRE LA NOTICE D'INSTRUCTION COMPLETE Les numéros de référence et les lettres sur les illustrations sont les mêmes que ceux indiqués dans les instructions.

Les spécifications de couple de serrage spécial sont incluses dans les instructions. Si tel n'est pas le cas, utiliser les spécifications de couple de serrage standard.

Référez-vous au manuel de service ou contactez votre concessionnaire agréé pour en prendre connaissance.

Préparation de la mise à niveau des composants du kit 1. Stationner la machine sur une surface plane.

2. Relever les bras de chargeur et engager la béquille de sécurité.

3. Arrêter le moteur et serrer le frein de stationnement.

4. Placer le sectionneur principal en position d'arrêt.

Unité de réchauffeur d'air de la cabine - Pose 1. Déposer la grille de calandre avant. Conserver tout le matériel de fixation.

2. Ouvrir et soulever le capot moteur.

3. Installer le support du compresseur (32) entre le support de silencieux et le moteur, à l'aide du matériel de fixation existant et d'une vis M10 x 30 (1) et une rondelle 10.5 x 20 x 2.3 x 2.75 mm (3) du kit.

4. Installer le support de serrage de la poulie (33) à l'avant du bloc-moteur.

5. Le fixer avec trois vis M8 x 25 vis (8) et trois rondelles 7.4x 16 x 1.4 x 1.85 mm (4).

6. Installer le compresseur (22) sur le support du compresseur (32).

7. Le fixer à l'aide d'une vis M10 x 130 (12) et d'une rondelle (7).

8. Poser le tendeur de courroie (34) à l'aide d'une vis (11) et d'une rondelle (9).

9. Fixer le compresseur à l'aide du bloc (35), de la vis M10 x 60 (2), d'une rondelle (9), d'une rondelle (5) et de l'écrou M10 (6).

10. Placer la rondelle (9) sur la vis (11).

11. Placer la vis (11) et l'écrou (13) entre le bloc (35), l'écrou (13) et le tendeur de courroie (34).

12. Mettre la courroie (15) en place et la tendre.

13. Installer la protection manuelle (36) à l'aide d'un boulon M10 x 30 (1) et de la rondelle (7).

14. Brancher le faisceau électrique du compresseur au faisceau électrique du moteur.

15. Apposer les autocollants (38) et (21), comme illustré.

16. Poser le support supérieur du condenseur (17) et le support inférieur du condenseur (18) sur le condenseur (25) avec les sept vis (14).

17. Poser le support inférieur gauche du condenseur (19) et le support inférieur droit du condenseur (20) sur le support inférieur du condenseur (18) avec les deux vis (10), les deux écrous (37) et les quatre rondelles (9).

18. Fixer l'ensemble de condenseur sur le groupe de liquide de refroidissement avec les deux supports supérieurs (40) et les deux supports inférieurs (41), avec les quatre vis (8), les quatre écrous (37) et les quatre rondelles (9).

19. Poser le capteur de pression (16) sur le filtre (26).

Poser le filtre (26) sur le support (23) au moyen des deux colliers (24). Brancher le connecteur de rallonge au capteur de pression (16).

20. Guider la rallonge de faisceau le long de l'intérieur du canal droit du châssis.

21. Brancher la rallonge de faisceau au connecteur de faisceau électrique du moteur situé à proximité du démarreur.

22. Brancher le flexible (28) entre le condenseur (25) et le filtre (26). Brancher le flexible (30) au condenseur (25). Brancher le flexible (14) sur le filtre (26) et l'acheminer le long du châssis, vers la partie supérieure de la cabine avant de le brancher en bas de l'ensemble de climatisation (56). Fixer les flexibles à l'aide du kit de soupape à bride (27).

REMARQUE: avant de raccorder les flexibles, lubrifier les joints toriques.

23. Déposer le siège de l’opérateur. Déposer les panneaux des montants droit et gauche à l'intérieur de la cabine, déposer le panneau de pavillon intérieur de la cabine et déposer le panneau droit.

REMARQUE: mettre au rebut tous les boutons de garniture qui ont été déposés.

24. Percer le panneau de pavillon de cabine et poser les bouches d'aération (60) et (61). Placer les flexibles (57) et (58) sur le panneau de pavillon. Brancher les flexibles (57) et (58) aux bouches d'aération (60) et (61) à l'aide des colliers (51). Brancher les flexibles (57) et (58) au pavillon de cabine à l'aide des attaches pour câbles (50).

25. Poser les diffuseurs (59) sur les bouches d'aération (60) et (61) au moyen des vis (68). Positionner et fixer le panneau de pavillon à l'aide des bouchons (55).

26. Laisser les flexibles (57) et (58) sortir de l'ouverture correspondante du panneau de pavillon de cabine, sur le côté du montant droit.

27. Laisser le second flexible (57) sortir de l'ouverture correspondante du panneau de pavillon de cabine, sur le côté du montant gauche.

28. Percer le panneau du montant gauche et positionner la bouche d'aération (67) et un diffuseur (49). Brancher le flexible (57) à la bouche d'aération (67) à l'aide d'un manchon (66). Remonter le panneau du montant gauche à l'aide des bouchons (54).

29. Déposer l'ensemble de chauffage uniquement du plancher de la cabine et le remplacer par l'ensemble de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (Heating, ventilating and cooling : HVAC) (56) avec le matériel de fixation et les flexibles de liquide de refroidissement du chauffage existants.

33. Déposer le commutateur de commande du ventilateur uniquement du côté droit de la console latérale, conserver le matériel de fixation.

34. Poser le contrôleur de température de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation et de vitesse du ventilateur (70) dans la console droite avec le matériel de fixation déposé précédemment.

35. Poser le panneau intérieur du pavillon de cabine et le panneau du côté droit avec les boutons de garniture (54). Poser les panneaux des montants droit et gauche à l'intérieur de la cabine avec les boutons de garniture (54). Poser le siège de l'opérateur.

36. Suivre la procédure HVAC pour vidanger et charger le système de climatisation avec la quantité appropriée de réfrigérant de climatisation R134a.

37. Vérifier que le système de climatisation ne présente aucune fuite de réfrigérant, après l'avoir chargé et actionné.

38. Poser le siège de l'opérateur. Rebrancher le commutateur principal de la batterie. Abaisser et fermer la protection du moteur. Déposer la béquille de support de sécurité et abaisser ensuite l'accessoire de chargeur. Vérifier le fonctionnement du système de climatisation.

3 - PREENSAMBLADO PREPARACIÓN PARA MONTAJE

Unidad de calefactor de aire de la cabina - Preparación ANTES DE INSTALAR ESTE KIT, LEA ATENTAMENTE LA HOJA DE INSTRUCCIONES Los números de referencia y las letras de las ilustraciones son los mismos que los números de referencia y las letras de las instrucciones.

En las instrucciones se incluyen especificaciones de par de apriete especial. Si en las instrucciones no se incluyen especificaciones de par de apriete, utilice las especificaciones de par de apriete estándar. Consulte el manual de servicio o el concesionario autorizado si necesita conocer las especificaciones de par de apriete estándar.

Preparación para la actualización de componentes del kit 1. Estacione la máquina sobre una superficie nivelada.

2. Levante los brazos del cargador y acople el tirante de seguridad.

3. Pare el motor y aplique el freno de estacionamiento.

4. Ponga la desconexión maestra en la posición de desconexión (OFF).

4 - MONTAJE INSTRUCCIONES

Unidad de calefactor de aire de la cabina - Instalar 1. Extraiga la rejilla delantera. Conserve los tornillos.

2. Abra y levante el capó del motor.

3. Instale el soporte del compresor (32) entre el soporte del silenciador y el motor utilizando la tornillería existente, un tornillo M10 x 30 (1) y una arandela de 10.5 x 20 x 2.3 x 2.75 mm (3) del kit.

4. Instale el soporte de apriete de la polea (33) en la parte delantera del bloque motor.

5. Fíjela en su lugar con tres pernos M8 x 25 (8) y tres arandelas de 7.4x 16 x 1.4 x 1.85 mm (4).

6. Instale el compresor (22) en el soporte del compresor (32).

7. Fíjela en su posición con el perno M10 x 130 (12) y la arandela (7).

8. Instale el tensor de la correa (34) con el tornillo (11) y la arandela (9).

9. Fije el compresor mediante el bloque (35), el perno M10 x 60 (2), una arandela (9), una arandela (5) y la tuerca M10 (6).

10. Coloque la arandela (9) en el tornillo (11).

11. Coloque el tornillo (11) y la tuerca (13) entre el bloque (35), la tuerca (13) y el tensor de la correa (34).

12. Coloque la correa (15) en su posición y ténsela.

13. Instale el salvamanos (36) utilizando un perno M10 x 30 (1) y la arandela (7).

14. Conecte el mazo de cables del compresor al mazo de cables del motor.

15. Coloque las etiquetas (38) y (21) como se muestra.

16. Instale el soporte superior del condensador (17) y el soporte inferior del condensador (18) en el condensador (25) con los siete tornillos (14).

17. Instale el soporte inferior izquierdo del condensador (19) y el soporte inferior derecho del condensador (20) en el soporte inferior del condensador (18) con los dos pernos (10), las dos tuercas (37) y las cuatro arandelas (9).

18. Fije el conjunto del condensador al bloque de refrigeración con los dos soportes superiores (40) y los dos soportes inferiores (41); utilice los cuatro pernos (8), las cuatro tuercas (37) y las cuatro arandelas (9).

19. Instale el presostato (16) en el filtro (26). Instale el filtro (26) en el soporte (23) mediante las dos abrazaderas (24). Conecte el mazo de cables de la extensión del presostato al presostato (16).

20. Dirija la extensión del mazo de cables a lo largo del interior del conducto derecho del chasis.

21. Conecte la extensión del mazo de cables al conector del mazo de cables del motor situado junto al motor de arranque.

22. Conecte la manguera (28) entre el condensador (25) y el filtro (26). Conecte la manguera (30) al condensador (25). Conecte la manguera (14) al filtro (26) y colóquela a lo largo del bastidor hasta la parte superior de la cabina antes de conectarla a la parte inferior del conjunto del aire acondicionado (56). Fije las mangueras con el kit de válvula de brida (27).

NOTA: Antes de conectar las mangueras, lubrique las juntas tóricas.

23. Retire el asiento del operador. Desmonte los paneles de los montantes derecho e izquierdo del interior de la cabina, el panel interior del techo de la cabina y el panel lateral derecho.

NOTA: Deseche todas las grapas de guarnecido que haya retirado.

24. Perfore el panel del techo de la cabina e instale las salidas de aire (60) y (61). Coloque las mangueras (57) y (58) en el panel del techo. Conecte las mangueras (57) y (58) a las salidas de aire (60) y (61) con las abrazaderas (51). Conecte las mangueras (57) y (58) al techo de la cabina con las bridas (50).

25. Instale los difusores (59) en las salidas de aire (60) y (61) con los tornillos (68). Coloque y fije el panel del techo con los tapones (55).

26. Deje que las mangueras (57) y (58) sobresalgan de la abertura correspondiente del panel del techo de la cabina en el montante derecho.

27. Deje que la segunda manguera (57) sobresalga de la abertura correspondiente del panel del techo de la cabina en el montante derecho.

28. Perfore el panel del montante izquierdo y coloque la salida de aire (67) y el difusor (49). Conecte la manguera (57) a la salida de aire (67) con un manguito (66). Vuelva a montar el panel del montante izquierdo con los tapones (54).

29. Desmonte el conjunto del calefactor del techo de la cabina y sustitúyalo por el conjunto de calefacción, ventilación y refrigeración (HVAC) (56) con la tornillería existente y las mangueras de refrigerante del calefactor.

30. Conecte el compresor del aire acondicionado a la manguera de la cabina (31) y el filtro a la manguera de la cabina (29), a la parte inferior del conjunto de HVAC (56), con la tornillería de la válvula de brida (27).

31. Conecte la manguera (30) al puerto D del compresor (22). Conecte la manguera (31) al puerto S del compresor (22).

NOTA: Antes de conectar las mangueras, lubrique las juntas tóricas.

NOTA: Retire los tapones de los racores y los puertos del compresor justo antes de conectar las mangueras.

32. Conecte las mangueras (62) y (63) al transportador (56) mediante las abrazaderas (65).

33. Retire el interruptor de control del ventilador de calefacción del lado derecho de la consola lateral; conserve la tornillería de montaje.

34. Instale el controlador de temperatura del HVAC y de velocidad del ventilador (70) en la consola derecha con la tornillería que extrajo anteriormente.

35. Instale el panel interior del techo de la cabina y el panel derecho con las grapas de guarnecido (54). Instale los paneles de los montantes derecho e izquierdo en el interior de la cabina con las grapas de guarnecido (54). Instale el asiento del operario.

36. Siga el procedimiento de purga del HVAC y cargue el sistema del aire acondicionado con la cantidad adecuada de refrigerante para aire acondicionado R134a.

37. Inspeccione el sistema de aire acondicionado en busca de fugas de refrigerante una vez lo haya cargado y vuelto a encender.

38. Instale el asiento del operario. Vuelva a conectar el interruptor principal de la batería. Baje y cierre la protección del motor. Desmonte el puntal de apoyo de seguridad y baje el cargador. Compruebe el funcionamiento del sistema de aire acondicionado.

Unità dell'impianto di riscaldamento, ventilazione e climatizzazione - Riattacco 1. Smontare la mascherina della griglia anteriore. Conservare tutta la bulloneria.

2. Aprire e alzare il cofano motore.

3. Montare il supporto del compressore (32) tra il supporto della marmitta e il motore, mediante la bulloneria esistente e una vite M10 x 30 (1) e una rondella 10.5 x 20 x 2.3 x 2.75 mm (3) dal kit.

4. Montare il supporto di serraggio della puleggia (33) sul lato anteriore del monoblocco.

5. Fissare in posizione con tre bulloni M8 x 25 (8) e tre rondelle 7.4x 16 x 1.4 x 1.85 mm (4).

6. Montare il compressore (22) sul relativo supporto (32).

7. Fissare in posizione con il bullone M10 x 130 (12) e la rondella (7).

8. Montare il tendicinghia (34) con la vite (11) e una rondella (9).

9. Fissare il compressore mediante il blocco (35), il bullone M10 x 60 (2), una rondella (9), una rondella (5) e il dado M10 (6).

10. Posizionare la rondella (9) sulla vite (11).

11. Posizionare la vite (11) e il dado (13) tra il blocco (35), il dado (13) e il tendicinghia (34).

12. Disporre la cinghia (15) in posizione e metterla in tensione.

13. Montare la protezione (36) con un bullone M10 x 30 (1) e la rondella (7).

14. Collegare il cablaggio del compressore al cablaggio del motore.

15. Applicare le decalcomanie (38) e (21) come mostrato in figura.

16. Montare la staffa del condensatore superiore (17) e la staffa del condensatore inferiore (18) sul condensatore (25) con le sette viti (14).

17. Montare la staffa del condensatore lato sinistro inferiore (19) e la staffa del condensatore lato destro inferiore (20) sulla staffa del condensatore inferiore (18) con i due bulloni (10), i due dadi (37) e le quattro rondelle (9).

18. Collegare il complessivo condensatore al gruppo di raffreddamento con le due staffe superiori (40) e le due staffe inferiori (41) con i quattro bulloni , (8) i quattro dadi (37) e le quattro rondelle (9).

19. Montare il pressostato (16) sul filtro (26). Montare il filtro (26) sul supporto (23) utilizzando le due fascette (24). Collegare la prolunga cablaggio pressostato al pressostato stesso (16).

20. Disporre la prolunga cablaggio lungo la parte interna del canale telaio lato destro.

21. Collegare la prolunga del cablaggio al connettore del cablaggio motore situato vicino al motorino di avviamento.

22. Collegare il tubo flessibile (28) tra il condensatore (25) e il filtro (26). Collegare il tubo flessibile (30) al condensatore (25). Collegare il tubo flessibile (14) al filtro (26) e disporlo lungo il telaio fino alla sommità della cabina, prima di collegarlo sul fondo del complessivo climatizzatore (56). Fissare i tubi flessibili mediante il kit flangia-valvola (27).

NOTA: prima di collegare i tubi flessibili, lubrificare gli O-ring.

23. Togliere il sedile dell’operatore. Smontare i pannelli dai montanti lato destro e sinistro all'interno della cabina, smontare il pannello del tettuccio cabina interno e il pannello laterale destro.

NOTA: gettare tutti i bottoni a pressione del rivestimento che sono stati rimossi.

24. Alesare il pannello del tettuccio cabina e montare le bocchette (60) e (61). Posizionare i tubi flessibili (57) e (58) sul pannello del tettuccio. Collegare i tubi flessibili (57) e (58) alle bocchette (60) e (61) mediante le fascette (51). Collegare i tubi flessibili (57) e (58) al tettuccio cabina mediante le fascette serrafili (50).

25. Montare i diffusori (59) sulle bocchette (60) e (61) mediante le viti (68). Posizionare e fissare il pannello del tettuccio mediante dei tappi (55).

26. Lasciare che i tubi flessibili (57) e (58) fuoriescano dall'apposita apertura nel pannello del tettuccio cabina sul lato destro del montante.

27. Lasciare che il secondo tubo flessibile (57) fuoriesca dall'apposita apertura nel pannello del tettuccio cabina sul lato sinistro del montante.

28. Alesare il pannello del montante sinistro e posizionare la bocchetta (67) e un diffusore (49). Collegare il tubo flessibile (57) alla bocchetta (67) mediante un manicotto (66). Riassemblare il pannello del montante sinistro mediante i tappi (54).

29. Rimuovere il complessivo riscaldatore solo dal pianale cabina e sostituirlo con il complessivo di riscaldamento, ventilazione e raffreddamento, Heating Ventilating and Cooling (HVAC) (56) con la bulloneria esistente e tubi flessibili liquido di raffreddamento del riscaldatore.

30. Collegare il compressore climatizzatore al tubo flessibile cabina (31) e il filtro al tubo flessibile cabina (29) sul fondo del complessivo HVAC (56) con la bulloneria flangia-valvola (27).

31. Collegare il tubo flessibile (30) alla luce D del compressore (22). Collegare il tubo flessibile (31) alla luce S del compressore (22).

NOTA: prima di collegare i tubi flessibili, lubrificare gli O-ring.

NOTA: rimuovere i tappi dai raccordi del compressore e dalle luci prima del collegamento dei tubi flessibili.

33. Rimuovere il calore dell'interruttore di comando ventola solo dal lato destro della console laterale; conservare la bulloneria di montaggio.

34. Montare la centralina di velocità ventola e temperatura HVAC (70) nella console lato destro con la bulloneria rimossa in precedenza.

35. Montare il pannello del tettuccio cabina interno e il pannello laterale destro con i bottoni a pressione del rivestimento (54). Montare i pannelli dai montanti destro e sinistro all'interno della cabina con i bottoni a pressione del rivestimento (54). Montare il sedile operatore.

36. Seguire la procedura HVAC per scaricare e caricare l'impianto di climatizzazione con la quantità appropriata di refrigerante del climatizzatore R134a.

37. Ispezionare l'impianto di climatizzazione per verificare eventuali perdite di refrigerante, dopo che il sistema è stato caricato, quindi attivato e disattivato.

38. Montare il sedile operatore. Ricollegare l'interruttore staccabatteria. Abbassare e chiudere la protezione motore. Rimuovere il montante di supporto di sicurezza e abbassare il caricatore. Controllare il funzionamento dell’impianto di climatizzazione.

Heizung, Lüftung und Klimatisierung, Einheit - Vorbereiten LESEN SIE DIESE ANWEISUNG UNBEDINGT VOLLSTÄNDIG DURCH, BEVOR SIE MIT DER MONTAGE DIESES SATZES BEGINNEN. Referenznummern und -buchstaben auf Abbildungen sind die gleichen wie die Referenznummern und -buchstaben in den Anweisungen.

Besondere Drehmomentangaben sind im Anweisungstext enthalten. Sollten in den Anweisungen keine Drehmomentangaben genannt werden, gelten die StandardDrehmomentangaben. Die Standard-Drehmomentangaben sind im Wartungshandbuch zu finden oder können bei einem Vertragshändler erfragt werden.

Vorbereitung für die Aktualisierung von Bauteilen im Satz 1. Stellen Sie die Maschine auf ebenem Boden ab.

2. Heben Sie die Laderarme an und schalten Sie die Sicherheitsstrebe zu.

3. Den Motor abstellen und die Feststellbremse betätigen.

4. Stellen Sie den Haupttrennschalter auf OFF (AUS).

4 - MONTAGE ANWEISUNGEN

Heizung, Lüftung und Klimatisierung, Einheit - Montieren 1. Entfernen Sie das vordere Gitter. Bewahren Sie alle Befestigungsteile auf.

2. Öffnen Sie die Motorhaube, und heben Sie sie an.

3. Montieren Sie die Kompressorstütze (32) zwischen der Schalldämpferstütze und dem Motor mit Hilfe der vorhandenen Befestigungsteile und einer M10 x 30-Schraube (1) und einer 10.5 x 20 x 2.3 x 2.75 mm-Unterlegscheibe (3) aus dem Montagesatz.

4. Montieren Sie die Riemenscheiben-Befestigungsstütze (33) auf der Vorderseite des Motorblocks.

5. Befestigen Sie die Teile mit drei M8 x 25-Schrauben (8) und drei 7.4x 16 x 1.4 x 1.85 mm-Unterlegscheiben (4).

6. Montieren Sie den Kompressor (22) an der Kompressorstütze (32).

7. Befestigen Sie die Teile mit der M10 x 130-Schraube (12) und der Unterlegscheibe (7).

8. Montieren Sie den Riemenspanner (34) mit der Schraube (11) und einer Unterlegscheibe (9).

9. Befestigen Sie den Kompressor mit Hilfe des Blocks (35), der M10 x 60-Schraube (2), einer Unterlegscheibe (9), einer Unterlegscheibe (5) und der M10-Mutter (6).

10. Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe Schraube (11).

15. Bringen Sie die Aufkleber (38) und (21) wie gezeigt an.

16. Montieren Sie die obere Kondensatorhalterung (17) und die untere Kondensatorhalterung (18) am Kondensator (25) mit den sieben Schrauben (14).

17. Montieren Sie die untere linke Kondensatorhalterung (19) und die untere rechte Kondensatorhalterung (20) an der unteren Kondensatorhalterung (18) mit den zwei Schrauben (10), den zwei Muttern (37) und den vier Unterlegscheiben (9).

18. Befestigen Sie die Kondensatorbaugruppe am Kühlmittelpaket mit den zwei oberen Halterungen (40) und den zwei unteren Halterungen (41) mit den vier Schrauben (8), den vier Muttern (37) und den vier Unterlegscheiben (9).

19. Montieren Sie den Druckschalter (16) am Filter (26).

Montieren Sie den Filter (26) an der Stütze (23) mit zwei Schellen (24). Schließen Sie den DruckschalterErweiterungskabelbaum an den Druckschalter (16) an.

20. Verlegen Sie die Kabelbaumverlängerung entlang der Innenseite des rechten Fahrwerkkanals.

21. Schließen Sie die Kabelbaumverlängerung an den Motorkabelbaum-Steckverbinder in der Nähe des Anlassers an.

22. Setzen Sie den Schlauch (28) zwischen Kondensator (25) und Filter (26) an. Schließen Sie den Schlauch (30) an den Kondensator (25) an. Schließen Sie den Schlauch (14) an den Filter (26) an und verlegen Sie ihn entlang des Rahmens bis zur Oberseite der Kabine, bevor Sie ihn an die Unterseite der Klimaanlagenbaugruppe (56) anschließen. Befestigen Sie die Schläuche mit Hilfe des Flanschventilsatzes (27).

HINWEIS: Schmieren Sie die O-Ringe, bevor Sie die Schläuche anschließen.

23. Den Fahrersitz entfernen. Entfernen Sie die Verkleidungen der rechten und linken Säule in der Kabine, entfernen Sie die Innenverkleidung des Kabinendachs sowie die rechte Seitenverkleidung.

HINWEIS: Entsorgen Sie alle abmontierten Verkleidungsknöpfe.

24. Bohren Sie die Kabinendachverkleidung und montieren Sie die Luftdüsen (60) und (61). Positionieren Sie die Schläuche (57) und (58) an der Dachverkleidung. Schließen Sie die Schläuche (57) und (58) an die Luftdüsen (60) und (61) mit den Schellen (51) an.

Sichern Sie die Schläuche (57) und (58) mit Hilfe der Kabelbinder (50) am Kabinendach.

25. Montieren Sie die Luftverteiler (59) an den Luftdüsen (60) und (61) mit den Schrauben (68). Positionieren und befestigen Sie die Dachverkleidung mit den Stopfen (55).

26. Ziehen Sie die Schläuche (57) und (58) durch die entsprechende Öffnung in der Kabinendachverkleidung auf der Seite der rechten Säule.

27. Ziehen Sie den zweiten Schlauch (57) durch die entsprechende Öffnung in der Kabinendachverkleidung auf der Seite der linken Säule.

28. Bohren Sie die Verkleidung der linken Säule und positionieren Sie die Luftdüse (67) und einen Luftverteiler (49). Schließen Sie den Schlauch (57) an die Luftdüse (67) an, verwenden Sie dazu die Manschette (66). Bauen Sie die Verkleidung der linken Säule mithilfe der Stopfen (54) wieder ein.

29. Entfernen Sie die reine Heizungsbaugruppe vom Kabinenboden und ersetzen Sie sie durch die Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Kühlungsbaugruppe (HVAC) (56) mit den vorhandenen Befestigungsteilen und den Heizungs-Kühlmittelschläuchen.

30. Schließen Sie den Klimaanlagenkompressor an den Kabinenschlauch (31) und den Filter an den Kabinenschlauch (29) an der Unterseite der HVAC-Baugruppe (56) mit den Flanschventil-Befestigungsteilen (27) an.

31. Schließen Sie den Schlauch (30) an Anschluss D des Kompressors (22) an. Schließen Sie den Schlauch (31) an Anschluss S des Kompressors (22) an.

HINWEIS: Schmieren Sie die O-Ringe, bevor Sie die Schläuche anschließen.

HINWEIS: Entfernen Sie die Stopfen von den Anschlussstücken des Kompressors und Anschlüssen, unmittelbar bevor Sie die Schläuche anschließen.

32. Schließen Sie die Schläuche (62) und (63) mithilfe der Schellen (65) an den Förderer (56) an.

33. Entfernen Sie den Steuerschalter des reinen Heizgebläses von der rechten Seite der Seitenkonsole und bewahren Sie die Befestigungsteile auf.

34. Montieren Sie das HVAC-Temperatur- und Gebläsedrehzahl-Steuergerät (70) mit den zuvor entfernten Befestigungsteilen in die rechte Seitenkonsole.

35. Montieren Sie die innere Kabinendachverkleidung und die rechte Seitenverkleidung mit den Verkleidungsknöpfen (54). Montieren Sie die Verkleidungen an der rechten und linken Säule in der Kabine mit den Verkleidungsknöpfen (54). Montieren Sie den Fahrersitz.

36. Befolgen Sie das HVAC-Verfahren zum Evakuieren und Befüllen der Klimaanlage mit der korrekten Menge des Klimaanlagen-Kältemittels R134a.

37. Überprüfen Sie die Klimaanlage auf etwaige Kältemittellecks, nachdem das System befüllt und aus- und wieder eingeschaltet worden ist.

38. Montieren Sie den Fahrersitz. Schließen Sie den Batteriehauptschalter wieder an. Senken Sie die Motorhaube ab und schließen Sie sie. Entfernen Sie die Blockierstange, und senken Sie das Laderanbaugerät ab. Überprüfen Sie die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Klimaanlage.
