Preparing for Kit Component Upgrade

Park the machine a level surface. Raise the loader arms and engage the safety strut. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake. Switch the master disconnect the f position.

INSTRUCTIONS

Heating, V entilation, and Air - Conditioning (HV AC) unit - Install

Remove the front grill screen. Retain all hardware. Open and raise the engine hood. Install the compressor support (32) between the muffler support and the engine, means the existing hardware, and one M10 x screw (1) and one 10.5 x x 2.3 x 2.75 washer (3) from the kit. Install the pulley tightening support (33) onto the front the engine block. Secure in place with three x bolts (8) and three 7.4x x 1.4 x 1.85 washers (4) .

Install the compressor (22) onto the compressor support (32) .

Secure in place with the M10 x 130 bolt (12) and washer (7) .

Install the belt tensioner (34) with the screw and one washer (9) .

Fasten the compressor means the block (35) , the

M10 x bolt (2) , one washer (9) , one washer (5) , and the M10 nut (6) . 10. Place the washer (9) onto the screw . 1 Place the screw and the nut (13) between the block (35) , the nut (13) and the belt tensioner (34) . 12. Place the belt (15) in position and tension it. 13. Install the hand guard (36) means one M10 x bolt (1) and the washer (7) .

14. Connect the wiring harness the compressor the wiring harness the engine. 15. Attach the decals (38) and (21) shown.

16. Install the upper condenser bracket (17) and the lower condenser bracket (18) onto the condenser (25) with the seven screws (14) . 17. Install the bottom left - hand condenser bracket (19) and the bottom right - hand condenser bracket (20) onto the lower condenser bracket (18) with the two bolts (10) , the two nuts (37) , and the four washers (9) . 18. Attach the condenser assembly the coolant package with the two upper brackets (40) and the two lower brackets (41) with the four bolts (8) , the four nuts (37) , and the four washers (9) .

19. Install the pressure switch (16) onto the filter (26) . In-

stall the filter (26) onto the support (23) means two clamps (24) . Connect the pressure switch extension harness the pressure switch (16) . 20. Route the harness extension along the inside the right - hand chassis channel. 21. Connect the harness extension the engine harness connector located near the starter .
