CONTROLS/INSTRUMENTS/ACCESSORIES

WARNING: Never refuel when the engine is running. Never smoke when refuelling.

IMPORTANT: This pump is located the front storage box and is to be used for fuel only. 1. Park the machine on flat, horizontal ground, stop the engine and place the starter switch key in "ON" position.

4. Make sure that the screen on the end of the suction hose is correctly attached and then lower the suction hose into the drum. 5. Place the delivery hose in the fuel tank.

2. Remove the filler cap from the fuel tank.

6. Tilt the switch (2) on the pump to "ON" position. Filling will commence.

7. Tilt the switch (2) back to "OFF" position when the fuel tank is full.

8. Empty the fuel remaining in the hose back into the container and wipe off the excess fuel. Put the suction and delivery hoses back in the front storage box. 9. Put the filler cap back on the fuel tank. 10. Place the starter switch key in "OFF" position.

3. Measure the height of the drum and place the sight ring (1) on the suction tube at a height slightly lower than that of the drum.

NOTE: The pump (3) has a 10 amp fuse (4).
