MAINTENANCE/ADJUSTMENT
MONTHLY ATTACHEMENT CHECK BUCKET Visual inspection of the wear. Check of the tightening of the bolts securing the under blade. Visual inspection of the conditions of hydraulic pipes and connections (multi-purpose bucket). Check of the locking and play of the pivot pins (the presence of play requires the replacement of bushes and pins). Visual inspection of the cylinder rods for eventual damages or leakages (multi-purpose bucket). ALL THESE OPERATIONS MUST BE PERFORMED WITH MACHINE STANDING AND ENGINE INOPERATIVE, HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT DISCHARGED (NO PRESSURE), BUCKET BLOCKED AND FIRMLY RESTING ON THE GROUND.
FORKS The forks must be inspected periodically. TRIM THIS EDGE
The reduction of the thickness of the heel must not exceed 10 % of the original thickness. Do not repair superficial cracks, with welding. Open forks can be straightened after examining the heel, and a new heat treatment.
EQUIPMENT CARRIER PLATE Check periodically the conditions of hydraulic pipes and connections and that there are no leakages in the circuit. Keep the equipment mounting zones and the quick release connections clean. Check the blocking and the play of pivot pins.
