CD99E003 Start the engine. Place the loader bucket in the dumping position. Lower the bucket to the ground until the front wheels are about 10 cm (4 inch) above the ground.

Turn the seat round to the backhoe attachment position and adjust if necessary.
STEP 6

CD99E004 Start the engine. Place the loader bucket in the level position. Lower the bucket to the ground until the front wheels are about 10 cm (4 inch) above the ground.

CK99E004 Accelerate and run the engine at the required speed. IMPORTANT : Normal engine speed when working is 1500-1800 rev/min. maximum. However, operate at a lower speed until operating skill develops. Switch to “Low flow” when working in very restricted conditions, particularly around underground cables or pipes and especially if other workers are in the vicinity. 1800 rev/min. should not be exceeded for backhoe work.
