RIDE CONTROL SYSTEM ACCUMULATOR
Adjustment
STEP 1
Park the machine on flat, level ground, with the loader beams 30 cm above the ground. Make sure that the backhoe boom locking device is engaged.
STEP 2
Use the stabilizers to raise the rear wheels.
STEP 3
Use workshop jacks to support the rear of the machine, making sure the wheels are not touching the ground. IMPORTANT : Make perfectly sure that the jacks are capable of supporting the weight (8700 kg (3944 lb))
STEP 4
Lower the loader arms to the ground, stop the engine, remove the starter switch key and release the parking brake.

CS97N088 Adjust the brake caliper (3) nuts (2) to take up the play in the cable (1).
STEP 6

CP98A015 Make sure that the play between the caliper (3) and the disc (4) has not been reduced.
STEP 7

CP98A015 Apply the parking brake and check that the brake disc (4) engages before the brake lever reaches the seventh notch.
STEP 8
Start the engine and raise the loader 30 cm above the ground. Use the stabilizers to raise the rear of the machine.
STEP 9
Remove the workshop jacks, lower the machine to the ground and stop the engine.
