BATTERY MASTER SWITCH (optional)

Located on the left-hand side of the machine, the battery master switch is used to disconnect the battery completely from the electrical system.

CK98F042 When the battery master switch key is removed, the circuit is disconnected.

CK98F041 When the battery master switch key is in position, the circuit is connected.

WARNING : The battery master switch key (optional) must be removed after each working day, during maintenance operations and for any service work on the electrical system.

BATTERY BOX

CP99E005 Located on the left-hand side of the machine, this box contains the battery.

Tools required

-Two 13 mm (1/2 inch) wrench for hexagonal head bolts To gain access to the battery, remove the retaining bolts (3 on top cover, 2 on front and 2 securing step to fender) and remove the cover.

IMPORTANT : Before carrying out any service work on the battery, see “Battery” in the “Electrical system” section. IMPORTANT : Remove the battery master switch key (optional) before attempting to gain access to the battery.
