5. Insert the bearing case (2) to the reverse shaft (1). Then, put the stopper (3) into the reverse shaft hole and tighten the mounting bolt (4).

Remark

• Apply adhesive for preventing bolt & nut looseness on the bolt.

6. Install the 35 gear inner ring (1), shifter (2), 26 gear inner ring (3), thrust spacer (4), snap ring (5) to the 11 gear shaft.

7. Install the counter shaft (1).

8. Insert the spring, steel ball and shift rod (for 1st / 3rd gear) to the bearing case in order. Then, after insert the shift fork (for 2nd / R gear) (1), shift fork (for 1st / 3rd gear) (2) and shift rod (for 1st / 3rd gear) (3) to the shiter in order, set the spring pin (4) to assembly.

6.4 PTO SHAFT DISASSEMBLY

1. Drain fluid from the transmission case.

2. Remove the hydraulic lift cylinder case.

• The 2xR gear shift rod can be installed only after the 2xR gear shift fork (1) is installed with the 1x3 gear shift fork.

3. Remove the PTO protection cover (1) and PTO shift arm stopper (2) to pull out the PTO shift arm (3).

9. Insert the anti-pairing steel ball (1), spring and steel ball to the hole in order. Then, fix the shift rod (for 2nd / R gear) (2) with the spring pin (3).

4. Pull out the plug (1) and snap ring (2) and remove the 1318 gear (14-18 gear) shaft (3).
