Spring Branch will meet July 16 at Knibbe Ranch

SPRING BRANCH – Spring Branch Lodge will meet on July 16 at 2:30 p.m. at the Knibbe Ranch.

A new junior member was welcomed to the lodge at the May meeting.

Cheer person Alverne Halloran reported sending sympathy cards to the families of Norman Kuebel, Roy Bruemmer and Vernell Burch. Members voted to send a $50 donation to the Camp in memory of each deceased member.

Correspondence from the Home Office included information on dance registration opening in June. Contact the Home Office for more information. Also, the statewide bowling tournament is scheduled for July 29 and 30 at the Bandera Bowling Center.

The lodge chose the Provisions Food Bank for its Join Hands Day project.

Food and paper goods were collected and taken to the facility.

Spring Branch Lodge recognized anniversary celebrants Bill and Phyllis Havens at the May meeting.

Phyllis Havens celebrated a birthday and she and her husband Ben also celebrated an anniversary.
