ALL Hays CISD Secondary Students have access to Varsity tutor’s online homework work through May 2025. Students will need to locate the Varsity icon in the Library in Classlink. Once they add varsity, then they can access homework help (includes AP level courses through intervention) including the ability to upload and get feedback on essays. Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES) application will close. SSES program is a $1500 online grant for parents of eligible students served by special education. Apply today : https://form.jotform.com/TXEd/ssesapplication
The SSES+ Medically Fragile program will be ending on December 6, 2024. However, since the application closes on March 15, 2024, this will be the last time families can apply and take advantage of the SSES+ Medically Fragile program. Families that currently have SSES+ Medically Fragile accounts or apply before March 15, 2024, will have until December 6, 2024, to spend these funds. administators!!!

AFTER SPRING BREAK!: Math Benchmarks will be given 3/19-3/21.
● All accommodations should be entered before 3/18. Teachers will need to enable the test prior to the test day (Just like a CBA). If a teacher forgets, CTCs or ICs can start tests for a teacher by going to Proctor in Eduphoria: Proctoring when Teacher is Unavailable
● All students should be given a paper copy of reference materials and plenty of blank scratch paper!! Use the scratch paper as a teaching tool after the test!
