ESPAÑOL Es una joven artista autodidacta. Sus visiones etéreas atraviesan el velo de la realidad para inmortalizar la inteligencia y la belleza del mundo y sus texturas orgánicas. Profundamente intuitiva, también combina el arte y la espiritualidad para ofrecer un apoyo meditativo. Sus creaciones se mueven poéticamente entre el microcosmos y el macrocosmos con influencias surrealistas. Cada pieza está dibujada a mano de forma tradicional y coloreada con diferentes técnicas. De forma ecológica, ofrece creaciones brillantes y coloridas, realizadas en diferentes tipos de papeles reciclados. Más allá del dibujo, cada pieza es un fragmento único, una invitación a soñar y dejarse llevar. Una oda al amor por la vida. “Mis primeras musas fueron mi sensibilidad y la belleza de la naturaleza. Crecí en un paisaje salvaje y este entorno siempre ha sido una fuente de inspiración. Durante mi juventud me encontré con el rostro del dolor, la violencia y la enfermedad. El arte se convirtió en mi refugio, una forma de encontrar la paz, de curar mis heridas. Trabajo principalmente con lápices de colores, acuarelas y pigmentos minerales creados por mí. Me gusta trabajar sobre papel reciclado y papel hecho a mano, que dan aspectos crudos, naturales y ecológicos a mis creaciones. A través del arte surrealista, psicodélico e ingenuo quiero rendir homenaje a la belleza de la vida. Encuentro mi inspiración no sólo en la naturaleza, sino también en la espiritualidad, el chamanismo, las diversas culturas y en la sabiduría de las tradiciones ancestrales.” Sophie Astrea ENGLISH She is a young, self-taught artist. Her ethereal visions pierce the veil of reality to immortalize the intelligence and beauty of the world and its organic textures. Deeply intuitive, she also combines art and spirituality to offer meditative support. Her creations move poetically between microcosm and macrocosm with Surrealist influences. Each piece is traditionally hand-drawn and colored using different techniques. In an ecological way, she offers bright and colorful creations made on different types of recycled papers. Beyond the drawing, each piece is a unique fragment, an invitation to dream and let it all go; an ode to the love of life. “My first muses were my sensibility and the beauty of nature. I grew up in a wild landscape and this environment has always been a source of inspiration. During my youth, I encountered the face of pain, violence, and illness. Art became my refuge, a way to find peace to heal my wounds. I work mainly with colored pencils, watercolors, and mineral pigments created by me. I like to work on recycled paper and handmade paper, which give raw, natural, and ecological aspects to my creations. Through surrealism, psychedelic, and naive art I want to pay homage to the beauty of life.
