Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, almond milk, eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the waffles light and fluffy.
Cook the Waffles:
Lightly grease your waffle iron with non-stick spray or additional coconut oil.
