The proposed object has a volume that has been developed to house a multi-storey public parking and service area. Given the demands of the two functions and the urbanistic regulations, this building meets every requirement, from the alignment, to covering the blind wall and all the indicators and accesses.

Obiectul propus are un volum care s-a dezvoltat pentru pentru a adăposti o parcare supraetajată publică precum și spații de servicii. S-a avut în vedere cerințele celor două funcțiuni, dar și a regulamentului de urbanism pentru această zonă, cu privire la amplasarea în aliniament (front continuu), acoperirea calcanului existent, indici urbanistici și accese.
