CLASUTTA (b. 1995), also known by a shorter mononym Sutta, laid her cornerstone as an architect before rebuilding her professional path as a full time artist. Based in Jakarta, she developed her artistic journey through the artist incubation program, AMP – Atreyu Moniaga Project #12 (2024), where she served as both participating artist and project leader of the batch.
Inspired by her past working experiences in the rat race and her current, post-corporate life, Sutta turns her daily observations into whimsy characters and comedic stories. Working primarily with oil on canvas, her colorful paintings visualize the artist’s satirical wit. A fiery spirit through-and-through, Sutta’s art is her way to pass on the flaming torch across a bigger crowd, where she dares us to question life’s bigger purpose, grow some courage, and laugh along the way as we push through our miseries.

CYRIL KONGO (b. 1969, Toulouse, France). He started doing graffiti as an urban street artist in 1986. In the early years of his practice, he was a solely street artist; he produced large frescoes, whether on walls or other urban constructs, throughout the world. These artworks, which unfortunately can now only be found in photos and film, gained him recognition on the international stage. His twenty years of experience in the French Graffiti scene as a member of the MAC CREW collective allowed him to hone his mastery in this discipline and earned him the title as one of the early representatives of the world’s Graffiti scene; introducing graffiti as a genre.
Kongo’s works gained international recognition from the many national and international festivals he participated in. He held numerous solo exhibitions, and his art was also featured in several gallery exhibitions. Most of his works are now part of exclusive private collections. Cyril Kongo has worked with D Gallerie since 2013, where he held his Solo exhibition A stroll in Paris with Kongo. In 2019, Kongo launched his solo show Les Ephémères de Cyril Kongo (Kongo’s Studio) in Jakarta with D Gallerie. Being recognized as a world-acclaimed artist, prestige brands began to commission Kongo for the creation of luxury goods. Some of his notable collaborations include a silk scarf (a carré) with Hermès in 2011, the RM 68-01 TOURBILLON CYRIL KONGO watch with Richard Mille, and a pâte de Verre spraypaint can with crystal manufacturer Daum in 2016. In 2018, Kongo had a collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld for the 2018 Chanel Métier d’Art collection shown in New York.

DIAN UTAMI is a self-taught embroidery artist based in Yogyakarta. Her favourite medium to work in hand-embroidery, giving her ample time to reflect on the subject matter at hand. Tami creates contemporary embroidered artwork about our connection to time, place, memory, and interpersonal relationships. The ordinary objects around her as the base to her embroidery work. Tami uses just a few techniques to build the surfaces and textures of her work. The complexity of each piece stemming from the composition itself and deliberate use of color. Combining materials and techniques in unexpected ways is what drives her creative process. This meditative creative process is embedded in the final work, encouraging an intuitive contemplative response from the viewer.

IMAM SANTOSO is not only a conservator at the National Museum of Indonesia but also a visionary artist from Yogyakarta with a distinctive style and extraordinary imagination. Through his vividly colored and surrealist paintings, Imam invites us to explore an inner world—sometimes quiet, sometimes full of wonder.
His works often feature solitary figures placed in dreamlike landscapes rich in detail. Yet it is precisely from this silence that powerful messages emerge—about vulnerability, raw emotion, and the hidden beauty within the human soul.
Born and raised in Yogyakarta, Imam pursued his passion for art through formal education at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI). Since then, his journey in the art world has steadily flourished. He was a finalist in the UOB Painting of the Year in 2011 and won the Basoeki Abdullah Art Award (BAAA#2) in 2016. Imam’s works are appreciated not only in Indonesia but also internationally. He has exhibited in countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Hungary, Spain, and France. Each of his paintings tells a story— and each story is an invitation for us to pause and reflect.

IURUM (b.1971, Korea). Life in ice cream'SWEETCH'is a compound word of 'SWEET' meaning 'sweet' and 'SWITCH' meaning' conversion', meaning' switching to sweetness'.This means a positive transformation of the latent idea image, that is,a positive reconstruction of memory. This refers to positively reconstructing the anxious and dark memories latent inside, using 'SWEETCH', a gustatory object reminiscent of the sweet taste that gave me happiness as a child. In other words,it is to bring out negative latent memories or the past, which is continuously created and passed, one by one and summoned them to happiness. The latent memories of these negative emotions, that is, negative ideological images, are not just sorrow and pain caused by traumatic events, but also include ordinary daily anxiety from the uncertain life of afinite humanbeing. Ice cream is a gustatory object that evokes a sweet feeling of happiness and brings out a positive conceptual image, and the human miniatures in the ice cream a reelements that symbolize a fragile life in a finite life, including anxiety, sadness, and fear. When these two meanings are perceived at the same time, Proust signification takes place and inverse conditions are naturally formed therein, and the conversion into a sweet and positive idea image, that is ‘SWEETCH’ takes place. It is to summon happiness by putting the anxious daily life of a human in sweet ice cream.

IWAN SUASTIKA formally study in the art of communication visual design and has graduated as a bachelor of design at the Indonesian Art Institute, Yogyakarta. He is a young promising artist who actively participates in exhibitions, art fairs and various fine arts events. He received the Silver Award by UOB Painting of the year 2014. He works with the mediums of paper, canvas and sculpture. His works are his response to the conditions of the social environment, the natural environment to politics. Through his work, Iwan Suastika speaks and expresses his ideas using idioms and metaphors – thus presenting the universe with an artistic mirror reflection of all existence beings. He dinamically articulates various forms of figures, species, landscapes upon a montages neatly stitched in a new reality, a fantastic reality that manifests itself in a delicate surrealistic style of work.

I WAYAN PIKI SUYERSA, an alumnus of FSR ISI Yogyakarta (Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta), raises profound questions about the use of resin as a symbol of "change" and "practicality" in the era of modernity. Synthetic polymer resins, which now dominate the world of art and industry thanks to their ease of processing, present an ethical dilemma along with their negative impact on the environment. Parallel to the non-biodegradable nature of plastics, resins bring long-term consequences to the ecosystem. The choice of a striking candy tone color palette reinforces the visual narrative, threatening traditional patterns in a striking way. In the process of melting, the resin melt forms hundreds of melt tantacles that create a kinetic effect, conveying a hidden message about change and its impact on cultural identity. Visually, these characteristics refer to a narrative that seems to "speak" about the negative impacts produced by technological acceleration. The importance of reflecting on the impact of resin materials on the environment and culture is at the center of the conversation. This dynamic and vibrant visual creation attempts to set the stage for a critical dialogue on environmental awareness and traditional values amidst the ever-changing currents of modernity.

MICAH CRANDALL-BEAR’S abstract landscape paintings examine Earth’s intrinsic resources and our disposition toward their accelerated transformation. His concept is infused with linear layers that cascade from atmospheric to subterranean. Landscape details hint at daily and seasonal shifts in light, evoking a sense of evolution and balance. He presents abstractions that inspire a deep and effusive connection to nature.
Crandall-Bear achieves longitudinal depth by exacting precisely rendered lines and seamless expanses of color. This explicitly composed depth communicates a sense of contingency and locality. Micah’s construction of space is enhanced by his painting method. His ‘wet-on-wet’ method is a contemporary application of ‘alla prima,’ a traditional technique used mostly in oil painting, where layers of wet paint are applied to previous layers of wet paint. No matter how precise or general the area, Micah’s layered brushstrokes are decisive, but also gestural, often spanning the entire surface of the canvas from left to right. This highly active method of painting is sometimes tempered through rapid buffing and blending. The outcome is a smooth, boundless, and energetic surface.
As a Sacramento, California native, Crandall-Bear established his artistic roots locally and continues to promote the growth of his community. His work is represented in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He has been featured in ArtSlant, Art Maze Mag, American Art Collector Magazine, Forbes and more.

MICHELLE SUTANTO (Indonesian, b. 2000) makes an experience out of the word entanglement. She untangles her inner entanglements, alluding to the confusion and concerns she encounters during her journey into adulthood. Her knotted subject matter serves as a means for self-exploration as she delves into this intricacy through meticulous attention to process, materials, and details. Requiring time and patience when unraveling, she selects painting, quilting, and drawing as her preferred artistic mediums, emphasizing the labor-intensive and meditative nature of these practices that help her resolve her internal entanglements. Rather than being ensnared by these complexities, her artworks encourage viewers to engage in introspection and gradual contemplation, inviting them to uncoil their inner entanglements.
Michelle received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and drawing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). She is currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia

YUSA DIRGANTARA was born in Tabanan, Bali, August 2, 1995, he grew up in Jimbaran. Yusa studied fine art at ISI Yogyakarta and graduated in 2021. South Bali, which is surrounded by panoramic views of beaches with white sand and beautiful limestone cliffs, became the initial attraction of my works, coastal activities and childhood memories plays a crucial role in my creative process. Environmental issues in tourist area are also a problem that I discuss in my work. Because I live in Jogja, my longing for the coast is increasing, remembering simple fragments that pop into my head and I try to rearrange them onto canvas. Of course, memory is not perfect, there are blurry sides if you remember it again, therefore abstraction is the most appropriate language to express that feeling.
The appearance of fragments in the form of color, text and texture represents my longing for the beach panorama and its pieces. The memories that is brought back can actually bring out new things which in my opinion can be even cooler when the process of longing takes us deeper into ourselves through memories that once existed in that place, for me the experience of new spirituality is when the work is completed and raises new dialogues and problems of reality. Reflecting on nature forever is important for me. I actively exhibit in Bali, Yogyakarta, Jakarta and South Korea.

ZITA NUELLA (b. Indonesia, 1998), affectionately known by her initial Z, is an artist based in Jakarta. A graduate of interior design, her art career is nurtured through her participation in the artist incubation program, AMP – Atreyu Moniaga Project #12: Ad Maiora (2024).
Z is interested in complex human emotions and collective experiences. Working with pastels and oil on canvas, her practice serves as a meditative process that explores vulnerability as a universal human condition. Inspired by feelings of grief, loss, fear, and uncertainty, she confronts these uncomfortable sentiments and intuitively uses her body to transform them onto the canvas into abstract paintings. With her work, she reminds herself and encourages the audience to acknowledge these difficult feelings, and embrace the fleeting moments as experiences that make our lives a little more meaningful.
