In addition to our EAP service, we are proud to be again partnering with Incolink to promote the Bluehats program. Bluehats is a suicide prevention program that helps workers who are doing it tough by providing someone to talk to. In the coming months, we will be asking for employees to put their hand up to become a part of the Bluehat / CDPG training program. The program involves a mental health and suicide prevention session, a 1 on 1 induction session with an Incolink counsellor, a brief study requirement and a detailed training session.
