Pacifica Apartments

Congratulations to client Icon who have celebrated numerous awards for the recently completed Pacifica apartments located in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand. Not content with being the tallest and newest residential apartment tower in Auckland the Pacifica has recently been awarded the Best Residential High Rise Development New Zealand together with The Best Apartment/ Condominium New Zealand by the International Property Awards.

CDPG are looking forward to partnering with Icon again on the prestigious Indigo Hotel & Residences also located in Auckland’s CBD. The Hotel which is working with a retained heritage façade and small building footprint which is sure to present some construction challenges. I have been working on the site and the hydraulic design component of the high-profile project. Once completed the building will consist of 225 guest rooms and 13 floors of luxury apartments.

There are a lot of exciting opportunities ahead for 2021 and beyond for CDNZ, standby for more exciting news.

Speaking of exciting news, Tom Hoult and his wife Sophie welcomed their first-born son William (Billy) Hoult. Congratulations on the new arrival guys.
