BUILDING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH INCLUSION

It’s been a solid start to 2025 for the team at Pathway Plumbing Service One of the things I’m most proud of so far this year is welcoming two new apprentices to the crew – Tarquita Quinlan and Kaitlyn Robertson –both proud Indigenous women taking their first steps in the trade. Given the current climate in our industry, where female participation remains low and attracting new talent continues to be a challenge, it’s more important than ever that we lead from the front

These hires aren’t just about ticking boxes – they reflect our genuine commitment to creating opportunity and driving meaningful change through mentorship of Indigenous youth

TRADES HALL PROGRESS ON TRACK

On site, things are moving ahead at the Trades Hall redevelopment project, where our crew has been hard at work. We’re currently completing stormwater drainage, below-ground sewer work, chasing in downpipes, and managing disconnections and temporary services The team’s doing a great job navigating a tight and complex site, and progress is right where it needs to be. Looking forward to keeping that momentum going throughout the year.
