2/21 Complete 3/21 Complete Planning staff is analyzing CS/HB 403, related to 6/21 home-based businesses to determine if it is 7/21 necessary to move forward with any changes as 8/21 the state appears to have ruled that local 9/21 governments are prohibited from taking certain actions relating to the licensure and regulation of home-based businesses; specifying conditions under which a business is considered a homebased business; authorizing home-based businesses to operate in areas zoned for residential use.
