Samaritans
If you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose – or you feel that you may be about to harm yourself, call 999 for an ambulance or go straight to A&E. Or ask someone else to call 999 or take you to A&E.
When life is tough, Samaritans are here to listen at any time of the day or night. You can talk to them about anything that’s troubling you, no matter how difficult:

Gloucestershire Health and Care’s urgent mental health support phoneline. If you call NHS111 you may have to wait longer for help and will be re-directed to this local service. Call 999 or go to A&E if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance. People with hearing problems can use the NHS 111 British Sign Language (BSL) service.
