An incredible detective and master of disguise, Enola’s genius is rivaled only by none other than Sherlock Holmes, her famous older brother. Best known for her starring role as Eleven on the Netflix hit show “Stranger Things,” Millie Bobby Brown brings the character of Enola Holmes to life. Speaking directly to the audience, Enola frequently breaks the fourth wall, a suggestion made by Brown herself. When Enola (Millie Bobby Brown) wakes up on the morning of her 16th birthday, her mother Eudoria Holmes (Helena Bonham Carter) has Directed by: disappeared without a trace. When Enola’s Harry brothers, Sherlock (Henry Cavill) and Bradbeer Mycroft Holmes (Sam Claflin) return to Screenplay by: their childhood home to search for their Jack Thorne mother, oldest brother Mycroft attempts to send Enola to a finishing school. Refusing to believe that her beloved mother would abandon her, Enola sets out on the adventure of a lifetime along with her new friend, the young Lord Teweksbury (Louis Partridge), who is also on the run from his family. As fate may have it, mystery follows the young detective everywhere, and Enola finds herself wrapped up in not one, but two, each full of their own twists and dangers. get caught and shipped off to a finishing school, which Teweksbury promptly breaks her out of. The pair returns to Teweksbury’s home in a search of whoever is trying to kill the young lord, and are confronted by Teweksbury’s grandmother, armed with a gun. After a violent and emotional fight, Teweksbury’s grandmother is disarmed and turned in to the authorities. *SPOILERS END* With an exceptionally well put-together cast, Nancy Springer’s “The Enola Holmes Mysteries” is brought to life on the big screen for fans all over the USA. Getting a 91% on Rotten Tomatos, "Enola Holmes" is a mustsee movie, exploring family, duty, and life as a young girl in griwing up in Victorian England. If you are a fan of mystery, adventure, or Millie Bobby Brown, this is the movie for you. So what are you waiting for?
