so many great memories with the guys on the team and coaches, and it has been fun getting to play with them. Q: Have you always played the position of quarterback for Granville? A: Yes I have always played quarterback for Granville. I have been playing quarterback since I was 4! Q: How did you get your chemistry from your receivers? A: Our chemistry with the receivers has just come from working together for so long and almost every day. Not only during the season but the offseason is also very important to work with the guys. Q: What is the hardest part about football? A: I think one of the hardest parts of football for most kids is the commitment. During the summer kids have to come in every day and mainly in the mornings, and most kids value their sleep a lot.

What kind of experience have you had as a quarterback in your senior year? A: My experiences as the Granville quarterback are pretty awesome! I have had

Q: How have you been handling this unprecedented season? A: This season has been interesting. We have only gotten to play six regular season games, but everyone does get a chance in the playoffs. Everyone having to wear masks is probably the weirdest part and most different. Q: How does it feel to be leading the playoffs this season? A: Getting a chance to play DeSales in the third round of playoffs is a once in a lifetime opportunity. It also is the

biggest game in Granville history. So getting to play with my teammates and coaches is awesome. I could not have done it without anyone and especially my linemen. Q: Do you want to be a professional football player when you grow up? A: I do actually want to be a professional player when I am older. It has been a dream of mine since I was 4. Q: Does your football jersey number mean anything to you or is special to you? A: Yes I have always worn my number with a purpose. I used to wear 18 because Peyton Manning is my favorite player of all time. But that number was not available my freshman year, so I took 9. 9 is special to me because I have worn it for the past four years. Plus, I think it looks good on me. Q: How will it feel to be leaving Granville and the football team? A: I will probably be a little sad but I think I’m ready for the next chapter in my life. God has very many great things in store for me and I am very excited to see what they are. Q: What is your favorite football memory? A: I guess my favorite memory playing football is running 49 yards for a touchdown my sophomore year.
