The Game Changers journey
Our CSR journey began by setting forth a strategy that has since guided the work that you will see depicted in this inaugural annual report. To be mindful of the importance and potential impact of our CSR work, we decided to take a “crawl, walk, run” approach to ensure we identified our 2020 baseline and structured a plan to properly build upon it year over year.

Discovery and evaluation phase: We conducted a deep evaluation of our work across the entire enterprise in the areas of philanthropy; diversity, equity and inclusion
(DEI); environmental sustainability; and Responsible Gaming. From those early findings, we identified gaps where we had the greatest opportunity for improvement, growth and global impact.
Baseline phase: We then established our baseline CSR work priorities, including a strategic plan for global implementation and adoption. During this time, we launched a new central charity management platform used by Creators to better track and monitor the impact of all charitable contributions and donations made across the organization and in the vast number of regions and countries in which we operate.
Benchmark phase: Looking forward, we intend to build upon this foundation with more advanced CSR activities and initiatives, leveraging our global reporting platform to establish and monitor benchmarks and hold stakeholders accountable to those benchmarks. We plan to recalibrate the strategy year over year as needed. By this point, our DEI work will be fully integrated across the organization with measurable environmental sustainability targets identified and embedded into our operational footprint.
Foundation phase: Our work will be well established, having gained strong momentum within each pillar of our CSR priorities. We intend to assess our 5-year ESG roadmap and measure the milestones met to determine our next 5-year roadmap for the 2026–2030 calendar years ahead and beyond.
