Through our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we hold one another accountable as agents of change, continuously striving to inspire a better world.

We are purpose-driven at our core.

In the last decade, CSR has seen a significant surge in interest and action, reinforcing the conviction that social, environmental and economic prosperity is best achieved within a more inclusive society. As an employer, it’s our responsibility to lead this change.

To meet the moment, Light & Wonder embarked on a journey of self-discovery, crafting a new approach more aligned with our values. In 2022, we conducted a series of surveys and one-on-one interviews with our Creators worldwide to gain a better sense of their priorities. This valuable input guided the development of a new CSR strategy built around four main pillars: Community, People, Planet and Player. These pillars encompass all aspects of our business, reflecting what truly matters to our team members and stakeholders.

Building off that momentum, we launched our new CSR brand, Game Changers. Because that’s exactly what we’re doing — changing the game every day for our people, our planet, our players and the communities where we work, live and play.

Achieving each pillar’s ambitious goals, outlined in this report, requires an unwavering commitment — one that champions diversity at every level of production. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities not only guide our path forward but also affirm our determination to fuel lasting change within our industry and communities at large.

While we have made tremendous strides in our CSR journey over the last two years, we know our work has just begun. Our renewed focus has shed new light on where we are now and how we can continue to push boundaries of play.

I am humbled each and every day as I engage with our Creators, customers and stakeholders. The work we’re accomplishing in each of our markets and the impacts we’re making across the globe are indicative of our guiding CSR brand. We’re changing the game — for good.
