Plan, The Village

The area is disconnectedly divided into semi closed spaces of varying sizes, which gives residents the opportunity to find a place to be alone together. It is designed as a cluster of independent units, each providing accomodation. Composed as a small village on the costal line with open squares it composes informal and relaxed environment.

The Middle The middle is a part of the transformation from the village and subsequently the forest towards the new harbour. As a mean to keep a more sub-urban feeling within the urbanity the blocks have a green connection stretching from the river towards the forest bringing the two parts together.

New Harbour The shape of the building creates niches and plazas for public life around the building. The sloped roof with the possibility to walk and sit ensures the connection between two long costal lines and shapes the new profile of the flat area.
