Water Street Kitchen & Bar opened this past July with the intent to be a restaurant that stays open during the winter months. Offering brunch every Saturday and Sunday, and “buck a shuck” raw bar happy hour every Tuesday and Thursday, this place has something to offer for all palates. WIth gorgeous views, a menu with delicious options, and a sprawling second floor dining room perfect for events and fine dining, Water Street Kitchen is a much-needed addition to East Greenwich. When did Water Street Kitchen & Bar open and what is the theme of this restaurant? We opened on August 1st, 2021. Water Street is a waterfront restaurant specializing in seasonal food that uses locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Our offerings range from fresh fish, prime cut steaks, and a raw and sushi bar. What differentiates this waterfront restaurant from the other waterfront restaurants in East Greenwich? The quality of our food and amazing wine list definitely set us apart from the other area restaurants. Chef Jim Colleran produces some of the highest quality composed dishes in East Greenwich, and we have a wine list that pairs very well!
