Drink lots of water everyday and eat a diet rich with fruits and veggies. Rather than focusing on all of the things you shouldn’t eat, think about all of the nutritious foods you should eat everyday.

Having an occasional treat or enjoying a couple of drinks here and there aren’t going to be your downfall if what you’re eating most of the time is healthy. I’m not talking about “diet” foods either, I’m talking about whole foods. Fill your plate with foods without a label. Dark leafy greens, berries, season with fresh herbs like garlic, thyme, basil, and sage are just a small example.

We are so fortunate to have the abundance of food available that we do.
