This refreshing and easy-to-make treat is a healthy alternative to dessert. Each serving packs over 12 grams of protein and over 250 grams of calcium. This recipe makes 2 servings.
INGREDIENTS 1 frozen banana 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed 1 tablespoon fresh mint 6 ounces Fage Total 0% nonfat Greek yogurt 1/2 cup non-fat milk
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Blend all ingredients together until combined. 2. Garnish with fresh fruit and a sprig of mint.
