This is a great potluck dish. One time I took it to a potluck and then needed to print 15 copies of the recipe for all my friends. Everyone loves it. I found it on the internet.
INGREDIENTS
1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained 1 can (14 -3/4 ounces) cream style corn 1 box (8 ounces) Jiffy cornbread mix 1 cup sour cream 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix ingredients together and pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. 2. Option: The last ten minutes, add grated cheddar cheese on top. 3. Let stand 5 minutes, serve warm.
