This is a recipe I use at least twice a month and it is very good! It’s an easy meal made in minutes!

INGREDIENTS
5 ounces canned or packaged tuna, drained 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 3/4 cup grapes 1 stalk celery, fi nely chopped 1 small apple, fi nely chopped 1 tablespoon pepitas 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped 1/2 lemon, juiced Salt and pepper 1 bunch of watercress, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Makes 2 servings. 1. Combine all ingredients except grapes in a medium bowl and mash together. 2. Fold in grapes. 3. Serve atop a bed of watercress.
