My husband’s family is half Chinese and half Filipino and they cook both cuisines. One of my favorites that I enjoy eating is Kare Kare or Filipino Oxtail Stew. I don’t have their family recipe, but I did ﬁnd a recipe that is simple enough to make and very yummy to eat! The recipe is by Alicia Green and I found it on All Recipes.
