I don’t really cook often, so when I do, I try to make it special! A word of caution: this meal is not for those on strict diets!
Cooking sequence: Crack and wash the crab. Remove and wash all crab meat. Check for pieces of shell. Set the meat to the side. Prep the steak and coat in seasoning. Wash and cut the potatoes. Begin cooking the potatoes. Begin cooking the steak. Then start the sauce for the crab meat. The steak will be done rst. Let it rest as you nish the potatoes and crab sauce.
