The sport of rugby is rapidly growing in popularity and recognition, especially with football families and coaches that embrace the safe tackling methods taught in rugby.

It’s Rugby season once again! Offered by: Brighton Youth Rugby Association
As we head into our third year, we our optimistic we will have a 2021 season.
Previously we’ve had 46 youth players and 20 high school players register and play for Brighton Youth Rugby Association (BYRA) and we would love to see this number grow in years to come! BYRA’s mission continues to be keeping kids active outside and providing a safe and welcoming environment while also building a strong character amongst our young athletes and having a positive impact on the local community. Rugby is rapidly growing in popularity and recognition, especially among football families and coaches that embrace the safe tackling methods taught in Rugby. BYRA has a youth league with flag for kids ages 5-8 and tackle for ages 8 and up; as well as a boys high school team and we’d love to have a girls high school team as well! In the past our youth teams preformed really well and our High School Boys team previously made it to the championships. We invite your child and you to come check out our FREE rugby camp on 4/10/21 from 1pm – 3pm at Pheasant Ridge Park in Brighton, weather and COVID-19 restrictions permitting. Practices are anticipated to begin the week of 4/12/21 with games held every Saturday starting on 5/23/21 through 6/27/21.
