High Quality Knife Steel
Honey Badger knives feature blades made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel or D2 steel. The blades are easy to maintain and stay sharp.
Like the incredibly resilient animal, Honey Badger knives are superbly designed to be tough, hard-wearing and totally competent in varied long term use. These lightweight knives feature high quality steel blades that have excellent cutting ability and edge retention, while also being easy to re-sharpen as and when needed. The knives all have an incredibly smooth almost frictionless opening and closing action, facilitated by two opposing roller bearings containing a total of 18 ball bearings. Very few knives ever achieve such an immaculate action and it makes using them a real pleasure!
The handle slabs are made from FRN (Fibre Reinforced Nylon) which carries a ridged honey-comb pattern that provides a excellent multi-directional grip. While light and of slim width they are extremely tough, resistant to slipping even if wet, and fit ergonomically in the hand.
The handle slabs, choils and blade spines that contact the hands in use are all ridged with jumping or file-work to further aid positive grip and safe handling. These knives are designed to overcome tough and challenging encounters, emerging ready as always to meet the next challenge head on.

Claw Plain
